Instruction for usage:
1.Clear all materials from the barrel.
2. Set barrel temperature between 180-240ºC depending on previous resin used.
3. Load 100 part of CECN 100 into the hopper of and let CECN100 fill up completely in barrel / nozzle/ die.
4. Stop screw and stand by for 5-10 minutes.
5. Purge out CECN 100 and follow by the natural resin and then begin new production.
6. If the machine is not clean enough, repeat process no. 3-5 again.
CECN 100 can be kept in the machine’s barrel during weekend as it helps to prevent screw oxidation and then purge out before production on the following working day.
